Grading & Selection
Our experts perform manual multi-stage sorting to eliminate physical defects. Only premium, uniform-sized mangoes are selected to ensure consistent export quality for international markets.
Sanitization Wash
Initial surface disinfection using a 200ppm chlorine solution at controlled temperatures (45-48°C). This removes all field impurities, sap stains, and harmful surface pathogens effectively.
Hot Water (HWT)
A rigorous 60-minute immersion at 48°C to maintain a core pulp temperature of 46.1°C. This mandatory treatment eliminates fruit flies and fungal spores while preserving natural fruit enzymes.
Waxing & Polishing
Application of premium food-grade wax to seal fruit pores and control the respiration rate. This enhances the natural gloss, prevents weight loss, and significantly extends the product's shelf life.
Industrial Air Drying
Post-treatment moisture is removed using high-velocity controlled air dryers. This prevents moisture buildup inside the final packaging, ensuring the fruit remains fresh and fungus-free during transit.
Cold Chain Cooling
Gradual stabilization at room temperature followed by rapid cooling to 10-12°C. This precise thermal management locks in freshness and prepares the mangoes for long-distance air or sea shipment.
